Psychology Sessions for Women

FAQ

I am a General Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change and move forward in their lives.

I work at your preferred pace, however, in general, I’m really fast at what I do and you may not have to see me for very long. It could be pretty quick. You may only see me for a few sessions or we may work together over a longer period of time; everyone is unique.

While always compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive, I am often told that I can get to the heart of things quickly and help people move forward fast.

How I Work
Individual Psychology Sessions

Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and is a combination of exploring emotional wounds and patterns AND creating a more fulfilling life.

It involves expressing emotions, shifting perceptions, building self-trust and trying out new strategies and behaviours. Therapy is insightful and deeply practical.

My hope for clients is that they feel happy, fulfilled, and connected to themselves and their lives. I want clients to trust themselves, enjoy life more fully, and move forward with confidence and freedom.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients grow and eventually no longer need therapy. Then I can celebrate your success!
